Teachers see it first — give them the tools to respond.
Compassion Classroom equips educators with the listening skills, crisis protocols, and quiet confidence to support student mental health — long before it reaches a counselor’s office.

What educators learn
A training built on presence, not paperwork.
Understanding mental health
A nuanced read on the conditions students carry into the classroom — and how they shape learning.
Listening, not lecturing
Sensitive conversations done well. Empathy as a teachable skill, practiced until it’s instinct.
Building resilience
Tools educators can hand to students so coping becomes a daily, ordinary skill.
Crisis intervention
Clear protocols for the hardest moments — from acute distress to suicidal ideation.
Collaboration & referral
When to hold space, when to hand off — and how to do both with care.
How it works
Four steps. No paperwork.
From the first session to follow-up — here’s what an educator’s journey through Compassion Classroom looks like.
01
Enroll
An educator or school signs up for the next 8-week cohort.
02
Learn
Live workshops, role-plays, & case studies — built around real classes.
03
Practice
Apply the toolkit with students. Bring questions back to your cohort.
04
Sustain
Ongoing peer circles and refresher sessions keep the skills sharp.
