Every mind deserves to be heard.

A nationwide movement by Mantra Foundation. We bring mental health awareness into schools, corporations and communities through camps, workshops and honest conversation — destigmatizing one room at a time.

Challenge Stigma

Confront misconceptions around mental illness and grow empathy, understanding and acceptance.

Evidence-based

Practical, research-backed tools for self-care, stress management and asking for help.

Empower

Community

Build safe, inclusive spaces where people connect, share experiences and heal together.

How MindChat works

Four pillars. One promise.

01

Reach out

Book a session, request a camp, or join a workshop in your school or workplace.

02

We listen

Facilitators sit with what your community is actually carrying — no scripts.

03

Learn together

Practical tools for stress, anxiety, low days, and supporting the people around you.

04

Stay connected

Resources, a 24/7 helpline, and follow-up check-ins so support doesn’t stop at the door.

In our community, mental health was never discussed. Mind Matters didn't just start conversations — they changed lives. Including mine.

Measuring impact

Built to be felt, tracked to be improved.

We measure what changes: attendance at awareness events, shifts in knowledge and attitudes, and participant feedback. Every program iteration follows what the data — and the people — tell us.

Before you reach out

Before you join us.

A few things people ask before booking a session. Don’t see your question? Write to us — we read every message.
Who can request a Mind Matters session?
Schools, colleges, workplaces, residential communities and NGOs — anywhere people gather, we’ll travel. Reach out and we’ll co-design the format with you.
Programs are subsidised by donors. For under-resourced schools and community groups, sessions are free. Corporate workshops are offered on a fair-trade pricing model that funds free programming elsewhere.
Trained psychologists, counsellors and community facilitators — all vetted, trauma-informed, and supervised by our clinical lead.
From middle-school students to senior leadership teams. The format and language shift with the room, but the principle stays the same — listening first.
Yes. Facilitators follow strict confidentiality protocols. Nothing personal is reported back to schools or employers.
