Alternatively referred to as a bequest, a gift in your will or living trust presents a straightforward means of establishing your legacy and fostering a lasting impact. Once you’ve ensured provisions for your loved ones, we encourage you to contemplate integrating suicide prevention and youth mental health into your legacy by including a gift to MantraFoundation in your estate plans. Here are several ways you can do so:

  1. Designate a specific dollar amount or percentage of your estate’s value to MantraFoundation in your will or living trust.
  2. Allocate the remaining balance of your estate to MantraFoundation after settling all other expenses.
  3. Designate a gift to MantraFoundation only if your primary beneficiaries do not outlive you (a contingent gift).

To incorporate a gift to MantraFoundation in your will or trust, liaise with your estate planning attorney using the provided sample bequest language.

Sample bequest language: “I hereby bequeath to The MantraFoundation, a nonprofit organization with federal tax ID number 99-0811278, and a current mailing address of 30 N Gould St #22680 Sheridan, WY 82801, [insert amount or percentage of your estate] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
