WHAT WE HELP WITH
A safe place to talk about anything.
Some days are heavy for reasons you can name. Other days, you just know you don’t feel like yourself. Both are welcome here.
Academic pressure
Deadlines, exams and expectations can feel heavy. You don’t have to carry them quietly.
Anxiety & overwhelm
When your thoughts won’t slow down, talk them through with someone calm and present.
Loneliness
For the nights, weekends and new beginnings that feel too quiet. Someone is here.
Friends & relationships
Make sense of conflict, heartbreak or hard conversations without fear of judgment.
Burnout
If you’re exhausted, unmotivated or running on empty, your feelings deserve space.
Just need to talk
No crisis required. If it’s on your mind, it matters — and we’re ready to listen.

Questions
Before you reach out.
A few things students often want to know before starting a conversation.
Is this support really free?
Yes. Students can start a conversation without fees, insurance or paperwork.
Who will I talk to?
A trained, compassionate listener who is there to hear you without pressure or judgment.
Will the conversation be private?
Yes. You choose what to share, and conversations are treated as confidential within safeguarding limits.
What if I’m not in crisis?
You do not need to be in crisis to deserve support. Stress, loneliness, uncertainty and hard days are all valid reasons to reach out.
Can I ask for help for a friend?
Absolutely. A listener can help you think through how to support a friend while also looking after yourself.
