WHAT WE COVER
A safer campus starts with its people.
Whether it’s a worried student in office hours or a colleague burning out, our programs prepare your team for the moments that matter.
Spotting distress early
Learn the signs a student is struggling — before it becomes a crisis.
Responding in the moment
De-escalation and active listening you can use in a hallway conversation.
Referrals & resources
Know exactly where to send a student for help, on campus and beyond.
Classroom burnout
Recognize compassion fatigue in yourself and colleagues — and act on it.
Difficult conversations
Talk about mental health with confidence, without overstepping.
Boundaries & self-care
Support others while protecting your own energy and time.
Practical scenarios
Role-play drawn from real campus life — office hours, hostels, exam week — never dry theory.
Led by experts
Every session is facilitated by licensed counselors and adult educators.
Built for your college
Content tailored to your policies, your community and your academic calendar.
Private & judgment-free
Staff can ask anything, openly. Nothing leaves the room.
What the program offers
Built on practice, not posters.
Choose a focused session or build a long-term wellbeing initiative with our team.
Hands-on workshops
Interactive, small-group sessions with skills you can use the very next week.
Faculty wellbeing
No exposure, no performance reviews. A safe space for the people who hold everyone else up.
Certified trainers
Our facilitators train in crisis intervention, active listening and trauma-informed care.
Crisis readiness
Clear, calm protocols for the hardest days — so no one freezes when it matters.
Ongoing partnership
Refresher sessions, materials and a direct line to our team after every program.

FROM THE CAMPUS
Real voices. Real campuses.
“We came for crisis training. We left with a culture shift our staff still talk about.”
Priya, 19 · Chicago, IL
“I noticed a student withdrawing for weeks. After the training, I knew what to say — and where to send her.”
Maya, 22 · Brooklyn, NY
“No jargon, no lectures. Just skills I used with a homesick freshman the very next week.”
Devon, 31 · Brooklyn, NY

Questions
Before you get started.
A few things coordinators ask. If you don’t see your question here, you can still reach out anyway.
Is the training really free?
For partner colleges, our core programs are fully funded by our donors. Custom or extended tracks are priced transparently — never per head.
Who leads the sessions?
Licensed counselors and adult educators with real campus experience — never a generic slideware trainer.
Will our conversations stay private?
Yes. Everything discussed in a session stays in the room. Staff can open up only as much as feels comfortable.
How long does a program take?
Anything from a half-day workshop to a semester-long track, scheduled around teaching hours.
Can staff opt out?
Of course. Participation is voluntary — though most who attend once come back for more.
Bring training to your college
Bring care to your campus.
Trained staff are often the first — and sometimes the only — person a struggling student turns to. Your program keeps that support ready, for every classroom and every corridor.
