Who are the workshops for?
Programs can be designed for undergraduate and postgraduate students, faculty, counsellors, administrators, or mixed campus groups.
Can you customise a program for our college?
Yes. We tailor the topic, format, examples, and activities to your goals, audience, and available time.
Are sessions available online and in person?
Yes. We offer both formats, including single workshops, multi-session series, and train-the-trainer programs.
How long is a typical workshop?
Most sessions run for 60 to 120 minutes. Longer intensives and full-day training can also be arranged.
Do participants receive resources?
Yes. Depending on the program, participants receive practical worksheets, referral guidance, and take-home tools.
